Ask Congress to Protect Patient Access to Osteoporosis Testing in Health Care Reform! The “Medicare Fracture Prevention and Osteoporosis Testing Act of 2009” S. 769/H.R. 1894 would roll back Medicare reimbursement cuts for DXA testing and authorize a study of how these cuts would impact patients. In the coming weeks, Senate and House Committees plans to begin voting on health reform legislation. We need you to ask your Members of Congress to support the inclusion of S. 796/H.R. 1894 in health care reform!  Taking action is easy!
